Wednesdays, 5:00 – 6:00 PM; Cost: $6 members and children; $8 drop-in; All ages welcome!
This family friendly self defense program has something for everyone. Learn techniques to keep you safe and increase your self esteem at the same time. You’ll learn discipline and how to focus your energy.
