Facility Rental

*Community Room    

This room, located at the entrance of the West Chester Activity Center, seats up to 60 people at tables or 75 people with just chairs. Renters have access to a video screen, separate restroom facilities and a small kitchenette.

• $54/hour for members

*Club Interior

This space includes a lobby with couches and chairs, a separate area for dining, and an area ideal for use as a dance floor or for extra seating. Seats up to 120.

• $150/hour
• $135/hour for members

*Activity Area

This unfinished multi-purpose room with a concrete floor and high ceilings is ideal for youth parties, art projects, and group activities.  Seats up to 100 with tables and chairs.

• $100/hour
• $90/hour for members

All rates are based on one-time rental use. Ongoing usage pricing is available.

*Room availability is Sunday through Thursday until 8:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday until 12 midnight.
