Community Room (private room equipped with a white board, pull-down screen, and kitchenette)

Fitness Class Room (room with hardwood floor overlooks back grounds and small lake)

• $80/hour for non-profit/civic groups
• $60/hour for members

 

Gathering Room (room is carpeted and open to Grand Lobby)

• $90/hour
• $55/hour for non-profit/civic groups
• $40/hour for members

 

Grand Lobby (area is carpeted with multiple furniture groupings and a fireplace. This area setup only in conjunction with another room rental.)

• $45/hour for non-profit/civic groups

Great Room

• $100/hour
• $85/hour for non-profit/civic groups
• $65/hour for members

 

Recreation Room (room has hardwood floor and is open to Grand Lobby)

Virtual Gaming Room (private room with foosball tables, Wii, Xbox, and laptops)

For all areas, excluding the Community Room, an hourly fee of $20 after 8 p.m. and on weekends is added for staffing.
