Massages (Hamilton & West Chester)
Massage is one of the oldest healing arts dating back 3000 years. Massage therapy is known for its ability to relieve pain, reduce anxiety and manage stress.
Deep Tissue Massage
This massage technique focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. This therapeutic massage will help loosen muscle tissues, release toxins and also get blood and oxygen circulating properly. This treatment may leave individuals sore; therefore, it is not recommended for first time massage therapy clients.
Duration: 30 or 60 minutes
Cost: members $35 per 30 minutes or $60 per 60 minutes / non-members $40 per 30 minutes or $65 per 60 minutes
Neuromuscular Massage
This massage technique is the most effective type of massage therapy for lower back pain. It is also called trigger point myotherapy. Following this massage, the recipient could experience some soreness, but it should fade after 24 to 36 hours. The tight muscles should remain noticeably more relaxed for up to two weeks depending on the stress, activity level and severity of the back pain prior to beginning massage therapy.

Swedish Massage
This signature massage combines soothing and relaxing strokes, which promote balance and harmony. The practitioner uses light to moderate pressure to enhance circulation while gentle stretching reduces tension.

Reiki (Hamilton & West Chester)
Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan and has been in use for more than 100 years. It is deeply relaxing,relieves stress and assists with healing.
Duration: 20, 30 or 60 minutes

Ortho-Bionomy (Hamilton & West Chester)
Ortho-Bionomy is a form of bodywork that helps one experience comfort, balance and an enhanced sense of well-being. It is highly effective in relieving a variety of pain and stress and aids in relaxation.

Bioelements Facials ( Hamilton & West Chester)
Cleansing Facials are designed for your exact complexion, this personalized facial is totally customized from start to finish! You'll experience a custom blended deep pore cleansing, exfoliation and massage of the face, neck and shoulders followed by a therapeutic Bioelements mask designed to correct specific problems. Emerge an hour later with immaculately clean, smooth and glowing skin.

Pumice Peel Facial - the ultra-fine pumice crystals in this machine-less microdermabrasion treatment peel-away dull, dreary cells, abrade uneven skin and visably reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. About Spa Services
Be refreshed and rejuvenatd with Partners in Prime spa servives.
All services are conducted by highly trained and licensed practitioners, who specialize in healing the body, refreshing the mind and promoting overall relaxation.
Services are open to the public; however, prime club members enjoy special discounts on services. Reservations may be made in person at both the West Chester Activity Center and Prime Club Hamilton from 9 a.m to 5 p.m. Monday - Friday or by calling 513.779.7360 for the West Chester Activity Center and 513.867.1998 for Prime Club Hamilton. Gift certificates are available for purchase.

Reservations are required for all services and can be made in advance to ensure a practitioner is available.
Gratuities are always left to the discretion of our clients, but it is customary to provide a 15 percent gratuity for all spa services.
What to expect
Prior to your treatment, a practitioner will discuss your goals for the session. If you are having a massage or other body therapy treatment, the practitioner will provide you with instructions, and then leave the room. At that time, you may disrobe to your level of comfort. You will be professionally draped during your treatment, but if you feel uncomfortable for any reason, please immediately notify your practitioner. Service waiver forms must be filled out and signed prior to any treatment.
What if you miss an appointment?
Treatment times are reserved especially for you. There is a 50 percent charge for any changes or cancellations to appointments with less than 8 hours notice. No-shows will be charged in full.
