Boot Camp
Mondays, 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Cost: $6 / 10 classes for $50
Ages: 13 - 30
A full body boot camp style workout. Come and enjoy a boot camp circuit training class that will include upper body, lower body, abs and cardio!
Coresolid/Pilates
Wednesdays, 6 - 7 p.m.
Cost: $6 / 10 classes for $50
Ages: 13+
A workout that focuses on the core - the area between the shoulders and the knees. Tighten your legs, buttocks, thighs, back, abs and more.
Hip Hop Fit (Coming this Spring!)
Wednesdays, 7 - 8 p.m.

Ages: 13 - 30
Come enjoy the latest hip hop dance moves, while burning fat and sculpting muscle!
Zumba
Tuesdays, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Cost: $6 / 10 classes for $50
Ages: 13+
When you combine Latin music and exercise, you get Zumba. These dance workouts are created with specific beats and tempo changes in order to gain strength, lose fat, increase your cardio and work major muscle groups!
